And now, the end is near
 이제 마지막이 다가온 것 같습니다.
 And so I face the final curtain My friend, I'll say it clear
 전 이제 마지막 무대를 맞이하고 있어요. 친구여, 분명 말할 게 있습니다.  

 I'll state my case, of which I'm certain
 제가 확신하고 있는 제 삶의 방식에 대해 이야기하려 합니다.
I've lived a life that's full
 전, 충만한 삶을 살았습니다.

 I traveled each and every highway
 그리고 전 많고 다양한 경험을 하면서 살아왔습니다.  
 And more, much more than this, I did it my way
 하지만, 이보다 훨씬 더 중요한 것은  제 뜻대로 살아왔다는 것입니다.
Regrets, I've had a few But then again, too few to mention
 후회도 조금 있었습니다. 하지만, 다시 보니 이야기할 정도로 많지는 않았습니다.   

 I did what I had to do and saw it through without exemption
 전 해야만 하는 일을 했고, 스스로 물러서지 않고 끝까지 해냈습니다.  
 I planned each charted course, each careful step along the byway
 전, 스스로 모든 준비된 과정과 조심스런 진행을 마련했습니다.
 And more, much more than this, I did it my way
 하지만 이보다 훨씬 중요한 것은, 제 뜻대로 살아왔다는 겁니다.  

 Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
 그래요. 힘든 때도 있었습니다. 당신도 분명히 알 것입니다.
 When I bit off more than I could chew
 제가 감당할 수 있는 것보다 더 많은 욕심을 낸 적도 있었습니다.
 But through it all, when there was doubt
 하지만, 그러다가도 의심이 생기면  

 I ate it up and spit it out
 그렇게 욕심을 부리다가도 딱 잘라 그만두곤 했죠.
 I faced it all and I stood tall and did it my way
 모두와 정면으로 맞서고 당당하게 일어서곤 했죠.그리고 제 뜻대로 살았습니다.
 I've loved, I've laughed and cried
 사랑도 했습니다. 웃기도 하고, 울기도 했죠.  

 I've had my fill, my share of losing
 얻기도 하고, 잃기도 했었습니다.
 And now, as tears subside,I find it all so amusing to think I did all that
 이제, 눈물이 가신 뒤에 보니 모두 즐거운 추억인 걸 알았습니다. 
 제가 했던 모든 일을 생각하면서
 And may I say, not in a shy way,
 부끄러워하지 않는 투로 말해도 되겠죠.

 Oh, no, oh, no, not me, I did it my way
 전 아닙니다. 전, 제 뜻대로 살았습니다.
 For what is a man, what has he got?
 남자이기 위해서 무엇을 가졌나요?
 If not himself, then he has naught
 자기 자신이 아니라면, 아무것도 가지지 못한 겁니다. 

 To say the things he truly feels and not the words of one who kneels
 약자들의 하는 말이 아닌, 진정한 자신의 느낌을 말하면서
 The record shows I took the blows and did it my way
 전 어려움을 피하지 않고 제 뜻대로 살았다고 전해질 겁니다.
 Yes, it was my way
 그래요. 그건 제 뜻이었습니다.
